Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 25th minute of the match. When Kevin Mastache came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Mastache couldn't finish the play. Artur Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Brysz got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Gustavo Severiano in the 38th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Pascual Carballar made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Devils's Fabiano Tomaszewski. Orlando Tafalla got a throw-in 43 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Santino Seco. 46 minutes into the match, FC Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Artur Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Axel Montenegro hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Rangel Parashkevov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Manzanares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Gustavo Severiano in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. 61 minutes into the match, Dariusz Brysz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dariusz Brysz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Dariusz Brysz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabiano Tomaszewski hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Mastache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Boruc was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Viktoras Rurin came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Artur Boruc throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ignacio Mastache in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ignacio Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC Devils's Bartlomiej Andrysiak was substituted for Gustavo Severiano. After 88 played minutes Ignacio Mastache rounded FC Devils's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1.
