Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyle Davies started the match with the kick off. Iker Tabby came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Curacao's Kyle Davies. But to his dismay, Kyle Davies quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 17 played minutes Islas Malvinas Argentinas got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Odol. If Stanley Wallace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 minutes, Zeledon Iyan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Islas Malvinas Argentinas and the Curacao players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Islas Malvinas Argentinas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Iyan to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Nicolas Menendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Islas Malvinas Argentinas's zone, Kyle Davies stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Tabby came out of the goal and Kyle Davies tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Curacao were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robustiano Cordera to make the kick off. The Curacao fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Curacao's Troy Kennedy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robustiano Cordera's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Victoriano Odol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. Sebastian Semeno struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Islas Malvinas Argentinas. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Kyle Davies took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Iker Tabby to make any attempt to save it. In the 95th minute, Jordan Porter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
