Ethan Smart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 11th minute Oscar Verstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kujawiak Włocławek were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olaf Kolano took the corner. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Julian Zakrzewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Raphaël Félicité got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. The audience was convinced that Ethan Smart's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. After having played for 31 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kujawiak Włocławek's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olaf Kolano in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. 75 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ethan Smart came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Kolano hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Kujawiak Włocławek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphaël Félicité didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ethan Smart, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ethan Smart in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Venezuela's Patricio Costa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julian Zakrzewski. That made the score 3-1 after 94 minutes of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kujawiak Włocławek.
