Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bo Dogel took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Helsingborgs IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Luca Rouco to score against Oscar Rosin in Helsingborgs IF's goal. 0-1 after 4 minutes. 7 minutes into the match, Helsingborgs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Oscar Rosin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Rosin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Rosin. Thanks to some nice moves Yngve Röd could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. 15 minutes into the match, Yngve Röd had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yngve Röd was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 21 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Rosin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Helsingborgs IF's Oscar Rosin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 23rd minute of play. Robin Trillkott charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robin Trillkott the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Helsingborgs IF's Oscar Rosin did a great save. Oscar Rosin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Helsingborgs IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Facundo Cadaval scored to the left of an out of position Oscar Rosin, making the score, 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Gaona got free with Oscar Rosin in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Rosin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Hermansson during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 played minutes Helsingborgs IF got a freekick which was hit by Hans Hermansson. In the 95th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
