Sheep United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 6th minute, Tomas Berganza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Matthew Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza scored 0-3 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erik Kolman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Abraham Alguacil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Kolman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 22 minutes into the match, Sheep United's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Erik Kolman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aad van Zonderen in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Panama booed when Sheep United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Koekkoek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute of the match Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Kolman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Erik Kolman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great ball. A collision led to Sheep United getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. In the 39th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Kolman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douwe Gentenaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Panama were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Berganza to strike the kick off in the second half. Bennie Geerts lost his temper 51 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sheep United! In the 58th minute, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erik Kolman. Erik Kolman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erik Kolman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 64th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Erik Kolman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th play minute Abraham Alguacil came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Erik Kolman. 0-8. Isidoro Sarmiento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erik Kolman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 76th minute of the match. With 78 minutes on the clock, Dylan Sarmiento commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 84 minutes into the match, Sheep United's goalkeeper Erik Kolman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Sarmiento. A collision led to Sheep United getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ger Wielaert hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Erik Kolman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Ger Wielaert came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Sheep United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ger Wielaert couldn't finish the play. Douwe Gentenaar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 99th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Kolman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sheep United's Erik Kolman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 100th minute of the match, managed to save Sheep United from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Panama could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sheep United throughout the match.
