The Yelonki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sad Aimar should have stopped the shot. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Zacharek in the 42nd minute of the match. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arkadiusz Motyl was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 53 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Stano Stanov came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Motyl in the 55th minute of the match. It was a well-played corner which Luca Zorita managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 84 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yelonki the free kick. Joel Gaona kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Lorenzo Cazalla charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Cazalla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Yelonki.
