Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the match, Painting Pyramids FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Hasan Resat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hasan Resat. Painting Pyramids FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Painting Pyramids FC's Hasan Resat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 11th minute of play. Önder Cebi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 18th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Resat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veysel Ercan hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Painting Pyramids FC's Eray Tokur got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Önder Cebi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Painting Pyramids FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Hasan Resat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of play forced Painting Pyramids FC's goalkeeper Hasan Resat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Painting Pyramids FC's Önder Cebi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 3-1 after 42 minutes of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Hasan Resat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Hasan Resat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Önder Cebi to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Önder Cebi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Painting Pyramids FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Önder Cebi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Painting Pyramids FC's Önder Cebi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. Painting Pyramids FC's Hasan Resat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 62nd minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Hasan Resat made a huge save. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hasan Resat. That made the score 3-2 in the 74 minute of play. In the 77th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hasan Resat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 85th minute of the match. Painting Pyramids FC's attentive Wu Jie Zhan managed to snatch the ball when Primitivo Andino made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. In the 96th match minute, Painting Pyramids FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gibson Weibel to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
