Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Alf Tempel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alf Tempel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mirco Kähler in the 71st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Alf Tempel to make any attempt to save it. 76 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alf Tempel. Alberto Tafalla showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. 82 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alf Tempel, 0-6. Rapid Wien's Alf Tempel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Rapid Wien from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Rapid Wien:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mexico:s goal. Alf Tempel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 93rd minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timo-Fabian Wolf in the 99th minute of the match. After 100 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Timo-Fabian Wolf who took care of the corner kick. The Rapid Wien fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
