Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Laboon SK's Şener Irmak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute of play. Şener Irmak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şener Irmak saved Laboon SK from getting behind. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şener Irmak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tayyip Toktuğ struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laboon SK. If Tayyip Toktuğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 20 minutes, Tayyip Toktuğ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laboon SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tayyip Toktuğ was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Şener Irmak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Şener Irmak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökdeniz Karadeniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 46 minutes, Daniel Zorita made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Laboon SK's Şener Irmak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
