Per Duset hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Simon Albäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Tomasson. In the 17th minute Kent Valler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes, Kenny Sjögren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Käka Puck BK and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. 19 minutes into the game, one of Käka Puck BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 21st minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Simon Albäck. Käka Puck BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Simon Albäck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Käka Puck BK's Simon Albäck. Simon Albäck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. Simon Albäck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kent Valler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simon Albäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Nordmark was the one to do the kick off. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Albäck having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the game, one of Käka Puck BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Simon Albäck to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Käka Puck BK's Simon Albäck got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Simon Albäck to make any attempt to save it. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute of the match Käka Puck BK got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adrian Nordmark ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Adrian Nordmark got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Käka Puck BK's Simon Albäck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Käka Puck BK from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Simon Albäck to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simon Albäck. That made the score 0-6 after 77 minutes of play. Lukas Giliusson hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Käka Puck BK's Birger Tomasson got a free kick in the 83rd minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Albäck having to interfere. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Simon Albäck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Käka Puck BK throughout the match.
