Primitivo Andino made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Felix Montenegro however managed to control. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jedrzej Beninda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jedrzej Beninda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 39 minutes into the match, FC Wymiatacze's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Jedrzej Beninda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after FC Wymiatacze's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After having played for 43 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Beninda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. The FC Wymiatacze players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrzej Klawki was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Wymiatacze's Jedrzej Beninda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Wymiatacze from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 81st minute of play forced FC Wymiatacze's goalkeeper Jedrzej Beninda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jedrzej Beninda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 82nd minute. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jedrzej Beninda having to interfere. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Jedrzej Beninda made a huge save.
