Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Jerzy Rzegotka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Majerowicz in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Kurdwanów FC's Piotr Rybak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witold Majerowicz in the 95th minute of the match. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
