Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Laurentzi in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute El Renacer del Quijano FC were awarded a corner. Peneios Protopsaltis went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Peneios Protopsaltis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When El Renacer del Quijano FC's Teobaldo Ubarna in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Julian Murillo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tomas Snow to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 14th minute of play forced El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper Tomas Snow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Lucas Cresconio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Tomas Snow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 26th minute of the match. Lucas Cresconio charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Cresconio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to El Renacer del Quijano FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Lucas Cresconio hit a great ball. With a little luck, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Tomas Snow got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Snow was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Anthony Alvarado charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony Alvarado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anthony Alvarado kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Peneios Protopsaltis in the 45th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Rolando Noboa's left hand side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 51st minute of the game was made by Moises Gayoso with Eliseo Mina as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Alonso Berganza made in the 55th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Moises Gayoso however managed to control. 58 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Tomas Snow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jakob Friberger kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Ádám Páncsics was substituted for Nunez Maurin. Jakob Friberger hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Tomas Snow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luz Tejedor kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 77 minutes of play, Peru's Luz Tejedor made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Snow was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 80thth minute of the game Ádám Páncsics who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Nicanor Salvino made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Eliseo Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Teobaldo Ubarna sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 88 minutes, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Mina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Snow read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Peru walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
