Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Justin in the 24th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Justin in the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when Pocho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasko Karaenev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Lautaro Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Silvio Calvet. The goal made the score 3-1. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jozef Antalovič's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Pocho FC's Silvio Calvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 38th minute of play. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Pocho FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner led to Mexico's Alberto Tafalla getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pocho FC's Silvio Calvet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Pocho FC from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pocho FC's goalkeeper Silvio Calvet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 55th minute of play forced Pocho FC's goalkeeper Silvio Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Raul Elequemedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvio Calvet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 68th minute of play forced Pocho FC's goalkeeper Silvio Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 77th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvio Calvet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 80th minute of play. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Pocho FC's Jozef Antalovič fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Silvio Calvet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mexico booed when Pocho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasko Karaenev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Vladimiro Justin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 4-3.
