But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in R.獨狼.足球俱樂部's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 贺昆珂 came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes in the game Guillermo Mariano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tomas Illescas. R.獨狼.足球俱樂部's 乔瑜洲 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alex Chicote in the 47 minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 55th minute. A hard shot 59 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented 贺昆珂 managed to make a qualified save. R.獨狼.足球俱樂部's players were relieved. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 贺昆珂 firmly grabbed it by the left post. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. 贺昆珂 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 贺昆珂 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 77th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Tomas Illescas put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of 贺昆珂. Tomas Illescas in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 贺昆珂, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 贺昆珂 having to interfere. Tomas Illescas made in the 88th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Patricio Costa. After some careless play in the R.獨狼.足球俱樂部 defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 贺昆珂. The R.獨狼.足球俱樂部 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 贺昆珂 should have stopped the shot. Venezuela's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
