Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Larkins Potter took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wara's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th minute, Larkins Potter reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Larkins Potter in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 15th minute of play forced Wara's goalkeeper Elias Urdaspal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Elias Urdaspal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Larkins Potter capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Larkins Potter really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Larkins Potter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Wara's Larkins Potter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cheb El-Hadi was slow to take the kick. During this time Wara's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Wara's corner Cheb El-Hadi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute of play forced Wara's goalkeeper Elias Urdaspal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Elias Urdaspal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 50th minute of the match. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 54th minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Elias Urdaspal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wara were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cheb El-Hadi took the corner. A collision led to Wara getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Faouzi Louahla hit a great ball. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Elias Urdaspal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wara were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cheb El-Hadi took the corner. The corner led Wara's Cheb El-Hadi to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 75th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in Wara's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Urdaspal came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute Faouzi Louahla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Urdaspal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elias Urdaspal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Wara's Larkins Potter. But to his dismay, Larkins Potter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After a rather tough play, Wara's Taha Rami got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 94 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. When the referee blew the final whistle, Wara could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
