Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Küfer in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Küfer came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Urs Fabian Stollenwerk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 17 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Dag Mattsson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Campos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The throw-in from Leonardo Leoz in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Dag Mattsson. In the 37th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Alberto Tafalla in the 37th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fritz Molau. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Fritz Molau struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Leoz made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Dag Mattsson. In the 60th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jorge Campos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 63 minutes into the game, Nils Hedlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In the 63rd minute, Nils Hedlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jorge Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Molau, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Urs Fabian Stollenwerk got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Nils Hedlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Finn Frigger in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fritz Molau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Ronaldo Küfer got a free kick in the 77th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fritz Molau in the 84th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's goalkeeper Jorge Campos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. The supporters of Mexico booed when ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quique Wolf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despite being the better team, Mexico failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
