Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Peter Björnberg made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Peter Björnberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. In the 5th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Sanz to maneuver through the defense. After 6 minutes of play, Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 10th play minutes Peter Björnberg shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Jacobo Nores and just under the crossbar into goal. Peter Björnberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Campos to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Houston Guy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alaska Anchorage FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg. But to his dismay, Peter Björnberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Alaska Anchorage FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edson Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hector Covarrubias charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Covarrubias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Björnberg in the 25th minute of the match. Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41stth minute of the game Peter Björnberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the game, Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The Paraguay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alaska Anchorage FC were winning 0-7.

After 54 minutes, Jose Sanz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the Alaska Anchorage FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Jose Sanz got a free kick in the 54th minute. The supporters of Alaska Anchorage FC booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Campos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Houston Guy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Houston Guy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alan Campos hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, Alaska Anchorage FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sherman Lilly to maneuver through the defense. Hector Nelleboedske took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 73rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 77th minute, Edson Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Peter Björnberg notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the game, Peter Björnberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peter Björnberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Jose Sanz got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Jacobo Nores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Björnberg in the 98th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Alaska Anchorage FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
