Chester Bennington's Artemio Argoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Renato Portalupi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Christian Sancho got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 18th minute of the match, Jack Mager tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lautaro Navarro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Mager in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st play minute Poyraz Sunay came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lautaro Navarro. 2-0. Artemio Argoitz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artemio Argoitz went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 37th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Poyraz Sunay during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Chester Bennington getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Poyraz Sunay hit a great ball. After 43 minutes of play, Chester Bennington's Renato Portalupi made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Renato Portalupi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Artemio Argoitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artemio Argoitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Argoitz in the 57th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Mager in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renato Portalupi in the 61st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Argoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 71st minute, Aristides Higuera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chester Bennington's Sérgio da Silva was substituted for Poyraz Sunay. After a rather tough play, Chester Bennington's Aristides Higuera got a free kick in the 71st minute. 74 minutes in the game José Maria de Salles did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Aristides Higuera. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Portalupi in the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renato Portalupi in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Chester Bennington booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chester Bennington's Renato Portalupi. But to his dismay, Renato Portalupi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Chester Bennington walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
