After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Marios Giannopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Takis Voutsas in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takis Voutsas in the 26th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Troy Kennedy kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Vaggelis Papakosmas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Skepαrion BC's Takis Voutsas in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curacao's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Takis Voutsas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. After 40 minutes of play, Skepαrion BC's Takis Voutsas made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaggelis Papakosmas in the 45th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Skepαrion BC got a freekick which was hit by Nathan Luikens. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marios Giannopoulos in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute Skepαrion BC were awarded a corner. Dave Demets went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Skepαrion BC's corner Dave Demets fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bruno Barrett quite easily take care of the ball. In the 56th minute, Takis Voutsas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bruno Barrett, passed just outside the right post. When Takis Voutsas in the 61st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Bruno Barrett kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-7 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Marios Giannopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 68th minute, one of Curacao:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Curacao. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Bruno Barrett successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marios Giannopoulos got free with Bruno Barrett in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the game, Rocco Owen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skepαrion BC the free kick. The supporters of Skepαrion BC booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Marios Giannopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 89th minute, Marios Giannopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Marios Giannopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Marios Giannopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takis Voutsas in the 95th minute of play.
