Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aquiles Paro having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Paro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the match, ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's goalkeeper Aquiles Paro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 20th minute of play forced ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's goalkeeper Aquiles Paro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafal Ciszewski's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 24 minutes of play, ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's Kostadin Plachkov made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafal Ciszewski went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Aquiles Paro in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's goalkeeper Aquiles Paro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Paro saved ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW from getting behind. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Rafal Ciszewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. In the 53rd minute, Rafal Ciszewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Aquiles Paro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 56th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aquiles Paro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Paro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Garrido made in the 70th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's Cacey Walker. In the 71st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Paro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Felix Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW made a substitution. Milosz Fudalej replaced Stratos Boulgouridis. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Felix Garrido hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Chile's Orlando Casaus got a free kick in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 82nd minute of play forced ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW's goalkeeper Aquiles Paro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rafal Ciszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of ☆Górny Śląsk☆SW echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Chile had held the ball for most of the match.
