Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cassius Byrne got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Urbs LC got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Hats. In the 3rdth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Urbs LC's Eugenio Santoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Ihazintu in the 4th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pastor Ihazintu in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. 10 minutes into the game, Monty Rogers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eugenio Santoro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Beppe Aversano kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes, USA's Cassius Byrne shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eugenio Santoro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in USA reached it. If Cezary Tusk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 20 minutes, Monty Rogers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Monty Rogers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Santoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassius Byrne in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Santoro saved Urbs LC from getting behind. Gilberto Hats could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Urbs LC's Carter Musacchio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Day in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 35 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Hats. When Monty Rogers came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monty Rogers couldn't finish the play. The supporters of USA booed when Urbs LC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arrigo Calcio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 41st minute of play forced Urbs LC's goalkeeper Eugenio Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Urbs LC's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Eugenio Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pastor Ihazintu made a kick off. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Ihazintu in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 56th minute Urbs LC were awarded a corner. Carter Musacchio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Bruno Di Iulio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Tusk in the 62nd minute of play. Urbs LC's Gervaso Abenda was substituted for Gilberto Hats. In the 65th minute of the match Urbs LC got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carter Musacchio ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Pastor Ihazintu heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a little luck, Urbs LC's Eugenio Santoro got control of the ball when Jacob May tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eugenio Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 71st minute of play. Urbs LC's Eugenio Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 79th minute of play. Urbs LC made a substitution. Anselmo Papetti replaced Arrigo Calcio. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Sam Campbell came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eugenio Santoro could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as USA's Sam Campbell slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eugenio Santoro. That made the score 0-2 after 86 minutes of play. With his leg Eugenio Santoro managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when USA's Sam Campbell fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. USA's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
