Resita's Chong Lamontagne dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Chong Lamontagne put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chong Lamontagne got free with Jacobo Nores in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 minutes, Anderson Staley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.S.M. Resita and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. 23 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chong Lamontagne. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Chong Lamontagne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lott in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Nores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute, C.S.M. Resita's Chong Lamontagne ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 30 minutes into the match, C.S.M. Resita's Juliusz Szostak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Nores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chong Lamontagnes short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Jacobo Nores to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 32ndth minute of the game Chong Lamontagne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 33 in the game by Chong Lamontagne from a close distance when the talented Jacobo Nores managed to make a qualified save. Paraguay's players were relieved. Primitivo Escribano hit a great ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lott in the 50th minute of the match. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.S.M. Resita's Chong Lamontagne. But to his dismay, Chong Lamontagne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chong Lamontagne's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. When C.S.M. Resita's Chong Lamontagne in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paraguay's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Quincy Cahill managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S.M. Resita's supporters rose to their feet, but Quincy Cahill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67thth minute of the game Chong Lamontagne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juliusz Szostak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 69 minutes into the match, Chong Lamontagne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chong Lamontagne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Chong Lamontagne took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 74th minute, Juliusz Szostak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Paraguay booed when C.S.M. Resita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chong Lamontagne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chong Lamontagne, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Juliusz Szostak threw the ball into play from the sideline. Paraguay's Raul Venegas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. C.S.M. Resita's Juliusz Szostak got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the game, Primitivo Escribano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S.M. Resita the free kick. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a free kick in the 87th minute. Chong Lamontagne scored 9-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of C.S.M. Resita booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball.
