Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jozef Antalovič struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pocho FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Silvio Calvet in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Elequemedo in the 6th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Jozef Antalovič cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 14 played minutes Pocho FC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Estefan. In the 15th minute Joshua Secada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Mina's late challenge caught a Pocho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Mina helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Hugo Estefan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pocho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Estefan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pocho FC the free kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvio Calvet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Silvio Calvet in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Justin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Silvio Calvet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Elequemedo in the 33rd minute of play. Valdemar França kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pocho FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! In the 40th minute, Pablo Gaizko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Vladimiro Justin made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvio Calvet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Raul Elequemedo scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 0-3. Pablo Gaizko kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Vladimiro Justin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-4. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Silvio Calvet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Elequemedo in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Pocho FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Pablo Gaizko hit a great ball. Silvio Calvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 80th minute of the match. Pablo Gaizko kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Raul Elequemedo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 0-5 in the 84 minute of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Calvet having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Elequemedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hugo Estefan. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 95th minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. The Venezuela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pocho FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
