After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 24th minute. Dante Lacasa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Metodi Gadzhanov. Velcho Pentov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 26th minute of play. Velcho Pentov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 30th minute of the match. Velcho Pentov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Metodi Gadzhanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velcho Pentov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 75th minute of play forced Каблешково's goalkeeper Velcho Pentov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
