Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Örjan Björk started the match with the kick off. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Stig Bäckman, made in the 3rd minute of the game. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Eliseo Mina hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Örjan Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Ekström having to interfere. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wiktor Ekström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Berganza. Örjan Björk might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Örjan Björk ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute Örjan Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wiktor Ekström saved Åsbro Flåsegutter from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Júlio Castro. Örjan Björk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Wiktor Ekström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Mina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiktor Ekström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Remigiusz Winszman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wiktor Ekström came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Örjan Björk took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 62 minutes of play, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Åsbro Flåsegutter made a substitution. Kent Ahlquist replaced Sebastian Biörling. 67 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wiktor Ekström. Julian Murillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. In the 71st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Ekström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wiktor Ekström quite easily take care of the ball. In the 77th minute Örjan Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiktor Ekström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Åsbro Flåsegutter's zone, Milagros Fraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wiktor Ekström came out of the goal and Milagros Fraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Rafael Gallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Wiktor Ekström made a huge save. With a little luck, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Wiktor Ekström got control of the ball when Rafael Gallo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
