Zack Alderson ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Ampthill FC's Jack Potts. But to his dismay, Jack Potts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Thor Eriksson fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ampthill FC's protests and gave Thor Eriksson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Thor Eriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gez Little showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zack Alderson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Jack Potts kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Ampthill FC's Jack Potts was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 31st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Ampthill FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Bernardo Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Ampthill FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fitz Pickard didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gez Little. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Zack Alderson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With 65 minutes on the clock, Rigoberto Mina commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ampthill FC:s goal. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Ampthill FC. Dylan Beck stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gez Little in the 72nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Gez Little's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. A collision led to Ampthill FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Alvino Serre hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ampthill FC fully deserved thier win.
