In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Piekielna Mszyna's goalkeeper Qiu Chang Hong, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Piekielna Mszyna defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Qiu Chang Hong. The Piekielna Mszyna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Qiu Chang Hong should have stopped the shot. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Qiu Chang Hong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. After 36 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Casaus. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Hieronim Ramzinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chile's Felix Garrido got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to Piekielna Mszyna getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Mariusz Bielatowicz hit a great ball. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arkadiusz Nowak, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. With a little luck, Piekielna Mszyna's Qiu Chang Hong got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee showed Arkadiusz Nowak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Piekielna Mszyna got a freekick which was hit by Arkadiusz Nowak. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Hieronim Ramzinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. Qiu Chang Hong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 94th minute of play. Wu Feng kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Piekielna Mszyna succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Chile had controlled the match.
