Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Julian Murillo made the kick off and thus started the match. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Amedeo Faccio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 18th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 24th minute of play forced Š¢σяpiσиŠ's goalkeeper Emílio Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Š¢σяpiσиŠ's Emílio Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 30th minute of play. After 32 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emílio Cordeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emílio Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Peru were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Yeste to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Peru's Emílio Cordeiro threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eliseo Mina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 54th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Amedeo Faccio came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emílio Cordeiro made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fortunato Domenghini, made in the 63rd minute of the game. Š¢σяpiσиŠ made a substitution. Dieguinho Araújo replaced Jorginho Esteves. After 70 played minutes Š¢σяpiσиŠ got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Moore. Emílio Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Amedeo Faccio came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emílio Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 74th minute of the match. Emílio Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emílio Cordeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru made a substitution. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 94 minutes into the match, Rafael Gallo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emílio Cordeiro, 2-3. The Š¢σяpiσиŠ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
