Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shoto Doro to make the kick off. Ionel Bărcăuan came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Fouad Cavalli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fouad Cavalli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Juliusz Júlíusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ made a substitution. Fouad Assad replaced Fouad Cavalli. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Ionel Bărcăuan in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shoto Doro in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fouad Assad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Mariusz Mochowak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shoto Doro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Belaid Zerara kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ's Fouad Assad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Johannes Holmgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Holmgren in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Holmgren in the 95th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Johannes Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
