Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Radowit Hetman kicked off to start the match. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Endre Bjørheim in the 4th minute. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Stordal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Radowit Hetman put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. In the 16th minute, Cornelius Bjørgo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radowit Hetman in the 21st minute. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelius Bjørgo in the 24th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Stordal came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelius Bjørgo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Espen Heltne got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Honduras booed when AEK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Espen Heltne didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AEK FC's Henrik Tjelle got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Tafalla in the 41st minute of play forced AEK FC's goalkeeper Finn Eidsvåg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Adam Svenning in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Adam Svenning, made in the 45th minute of the game. When Xavier Costa came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xavier Costa couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xavier Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Xavier Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th match minute, AEK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Hetman to maneuver through the defense. Honduras's Luca Espinar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Adam Svenning in the 61 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelius Bjørgo in the 66th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Xavier Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute of the match, Sebastian Villa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Finn Eidsvåg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Honduras booed when AEK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelius Bjørgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Finn Eidsvåg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Costa in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AEK FC's Adam Svenning got a free kick in the 79th minute. Xavier Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cornelius Bjørgo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, Honduras's Moises Tafalla tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
