Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cosimo Cesare started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. FataMorgana's Fedele De Michele got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 10 played minutes FataMorgana got a freekick which was hit by Fedele De Michele. 15 minutes into the game, Cosimo Cesare cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Attilio Proia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 19th minute of the match. Attilio Proia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Edoardo Fagnani kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Attilio Proia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Puig in the 24th minute of play. Costa Rica were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after FataMorgana's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Tasis took the corner. Alexander Carballo made a great header on Costa Rica's corner, it was just that FataMorgana's Attilio Proia managed to reach the ball for a save. Attilio Proia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 33rd minute of play. Alvise Biagetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Fedele De Michele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FataMorgana's Bianco Zulli was substituted for Davide Causio. In the 44th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Cesare, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

FataMorgana made a substitution. Alberto Ottavi replaced Alvise Biagetti. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. When Lautaro Puig fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Lautaro Puig a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fedele De Michele took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosimo Cesare in the 71st minute of the match. With a little luck, FataMorgana's Attilio Proia got control of the ball when Axel Tasis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele De Michele in the 75th minute of play. Cosimo Cesare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Como in the 82nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Costa Rica's Attilio Proia threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Axel Tasis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 84 minutes FataMorgana's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Tasis who took care of the corner kick. 88 minutes into the match, FataMorgana's Cosimo Cesare sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosimo Cesare in the 90th minute of the match.
