Luz Tejedor did an outstanding performance 31 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-1 to the right of an irritated Robert Bresson in the goal. In the 35th match minute, INTOCABLES 2oo4 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Batuecas to maneuver through the defense. Peru were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after INTOCABLES 2oo4's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. 41 minutes into the match, Gerson Santana notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manoj Espinosa replaced Gerson Santana. Robert Bresson was a little too slow when Eliseo Mina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 2-2. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Robert Bresson made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Manoj Espinosa came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
