The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Wlodzimierz Koperski hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Enio Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konrad Kaznocha charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konrad Kaznocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Konrad Kaznocha hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Koperski in the 38th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Enio Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BANDA MAGA SZCZECIN's Enio Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Luca Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Enio Guerra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wlodzimierz Koperski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wlodzimierz Koperski. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Paciuszko in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 63 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Poroso Elano who took care of the corner kick. In the 67th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enio Guerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poroso Elano kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enio Guerra having to make a save. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enio Guerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, BANDA MAGA SZCZECIN's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Enio Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enio Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. BANDA MAGA SZCZECIN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of BANDA MAGA SZCZECIN's goalie and right to Alberto Tafalla. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. BANDA MAGA SZCZECIN's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. BANDA MAGA SZCZECIN's Enio Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of play. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Dawid Hryc tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind BANDA MAGA SZCZECIN's goalkeeper Enio Guerra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enio Guerra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Mexico's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
