With an all-out effort, PacMan SugarEaters's Lautaro Navarro threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gösta Uter, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 6th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Ugla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Pankracy Ferfecki sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 10 minutes, Gösta Uter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PacMan SugarEaters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Uter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kenny Ugla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pankracy Ferfecki in the 15th minute. Pankracy Ferfecki's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Lautaro Navarro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luca Espinar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kenny Ugla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenny Ugla. Kenny Ugla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenny Ugla saved PacMan SugarEaters from getting behind. PacMan SugarEaters's Kenny Ugla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Tim Brenner kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kenny Ugla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Brenner, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes PacMan SugarEaters got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Billing. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute, Edmundo Espiga sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and PacMan SugarEaters's Kenny Ugla didn't even have to move. After 72 played minutes PacMan SugarEaters got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Uter. In the 75th minute, Gösta Uter made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Basarab Savin charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basarab Savin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, PacMan SugarEaters's Basarab Savin got a free kick in the 84th minute. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kenny Ugla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 88th minute. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Ferfecki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honduras were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
