Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabricio Larpe got the match started through his kick off. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Fabricio Larpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Ariando having to interfere. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Ariando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Società Vigata Calcio's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Edgardo Ariando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgardo Ariando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Ariando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carter Picozzi hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play forced Società Vigata Calcio's goalkeeper Edgardo Ariando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 31st minute Società Vigata Calcio were awarded a corner. Carter Picozzi went to the cornerflag to take it. Società Vigata Calcio's Carter Picozzi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Fabricio Larpe sent off a good shot on target. After 39 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgardo Ariando was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnaba Kajder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Società Vigata Calcio were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carter Picozzi took the corner. After taking down the ball on Società Vigata Calcio's corner Carter Picozzi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Picozzi in the 50th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Ariando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 53rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Società Vigata Calcio defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgardo Ariando. The Società Vigata Calcio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgardo Ariando should have stopped the shot. Cristian Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Edgardo Ariando skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Ariando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Saelices in the 69th minute. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Edgardo Ariando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Edgardo Ariando to make any attempt to save it. Fabricio Larpe hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Edgardo Ariando made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Società Vigata Calcio's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristian Sancho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 90 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. Edgardo Ariando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
