Georg Godholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Cesario in the 5th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Cesario got free with Julio Vera in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 11 minutes FC Shifen III's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Shifen III's Georg Godholm did a great save. Georg Godholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Georg Godholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Godholm having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Shifen III's Georg Godholm. Georg Godholm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Godholm having to interfere. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Godholm having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Cesario came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Martin Fossum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Georg Godholm. That made the score 0-2 after 71 minutes of play. 82 minutes into the match, Jacinto Cesario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacinto Cesario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in FC Shifen III's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Godholm came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Fossum in the 90th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Fossum in the 90th minute of the match. Kristoffer Jelm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Georg Godholm. Ecuador played a much better game than FC Shifen III and deserved their victory. The FC Shifen III players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
