In the 18th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thom Threepwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Radiohead Freaks Club's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Thom Threepwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thom Threepwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 27th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Alonso Berganza in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Radiohead Freaks Club's Kendall Roy. Thom Threepwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 33 played minutes Radiohead Freaks Club got a freekick which was hit by Gazanfer Kelim. Radiohead Freaks Club's Thom Threepwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Alonso Berganza fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thom Threepwood quite easily take care of the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Eliseo Mina threw the ball into play from the sideline. Radiohead Freaks Club's Kendall Roy quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 38th minute, Radiohead Freaks Club's Cayo Mario dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 41st minute of play forced Radiohead Freaks Club's goalkeeper Thom Threepwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thom Threepwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thom Threepwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Radiohead Freaks Club's Roger Bålström got a free kick in the 48th minute.

Alonso Berganza made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Milagros Fraga however managed to control. Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Thom Threepwood made a huge save. Kendall Roy kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 64th minute of play forced Radiohead Freaks Club's goalkeeper Thom Threepwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Thom Threepwood successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With an all-out effort, Peru's Thom Threepwood threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Murillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 73rd minute, Cayo Mario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 77 minutes into the game, Alonso Berganza threw the ball into play from the sideline. Radiohead Freaks Club's Tubagus Sumampouw quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Alonso Berganza in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Radiohead Freaks Club's Kendall Roy. Moises Gayoso kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Luz Tejedor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. In the 91st minute, Alonso Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thom Threepwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes Radiohead Freaks Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseo Mina who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Rafael Gallo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thom Threepwood. That made the score 2-1 in the 96 minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Radiohead Freaks Club were victorious despite being under pressure from Peru for much of the match.
