Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 3rd minute of play forced ⓔ.ⓡ.ⓩ.ⓤ.ⓡ.ⓤ.ⓜ ƨƙ's goalkeeper Cloyo Casals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Cloyo Casals tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimitris Kyriakou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cloyo Casals read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cloyo Casals made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ertan Doğanay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rüknettin Özalpsan fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ⓔ.ⓡ.ⓩ.ⓤ.ⓡ.ⓤ.ⓜ ƨƙ's protests and gave Rüknettin Özalpsan a yellow card for diving instead. Rüknettin Özalpsan hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kadim Orbey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 29 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cloyo Casals was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35th minute Özdemir Asutay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rüknettin Özalpsan kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 43rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kadim Orbey's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Kadim Orbey made the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Cloyo Casals didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Cloyo Casals made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadim Orbey in the 67th minute of the match. Dimitris Kyriakou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Özdemir Asutay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by ⓔ.ⓡ.ⓩ.ⓤ.ⓡ.ⓤ.ⓜ ƨƙ's Kadim Orbey. But to his dismay, Kadim Orbey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Kyriakou, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. ⓔ.ⓡ.ⓩ.ⓤ.ⓡ.ⓤ.ⓜ ƨƙ's Cloyo Casals played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ⓔ.ⓡ.ⓩ.ⓤ.ⓡ.ⓤ.ⓜ ƨƙ had won after a very even match.
