Mobyn BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Richard Engström in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eskil Stor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Linus Myr in the 14th minute. The nice shot from Linus Myr in the 15thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Julio Vera had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 24th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. Mobyn BK's Osmar Salgado managed to work through Ecuador's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Osmar Salgado dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 31 minutes into the game, Juan Sebastián Puig cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eskil Stor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eskil Stor was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Eskil Stor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Mobyn BK's Eskil Stor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osmar Salgado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Engström hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Myr in the 60th minute of play. 温骏天 hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the game, Osmar Salgado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eskil Stor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mobyn BK made a substitution. Sven Hult replaced Osmar Salgado. 80 minutes into the game, one of Mobyn BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Daniel Zorita scored 1-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eskil Stor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute Henry Skog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eskil Stor. That made the score 1-3 in the 88 minute of play. Mobyn BK were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Richard Engström took the corner. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mobyn BK.
