Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sam Baclet kicked off to start the match. Antoine Mano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 3rd minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Baclet, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Axel Tasis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Tasis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A long shot from Gabriel Farrugia in the 16th minute of play was well struck, but Benito Sanz made a really good save at the right post. Ilan Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Antoine Mano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Costa Rica's Axel Tasis in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GAS MONKEY's goalie prevented a goal. Ilan Velascos short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Baclet came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Axel Tasis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Baclet in the 63rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilan Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilan Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
