Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gala's Suryo Zaelani. Suryo Zaelani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suryo Zaelani having to interfere. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 11th minute. It was a well-played corner which Macos Graciani managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 18th match minute, Gala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bozhil Krushovski to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Suryo Zaelani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bozhil Krushovski got free with Dante Lacasa in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suryo Zaelani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gala's goalkeeper Suryo Zaelani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Suryo Zaelani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 27th minute. In the 32nd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suryo Zaelani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Suryo Zaelani was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Suryo Zaelani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bozhil Krushovski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bozhil Krushovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Suryo Zaelani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. A collision led to Gala getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Duta Halim hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Gala's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Suryo Zaelani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tord Carlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tord Carlsson in the 63rd minute of play. Pepep Raturandang took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Gala's Toto Tualasamony was substituted for Bozhil Krushovski. 74 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Suryo Zaelani. Lautaro Mancebo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 81st minute Toto Tualasamony shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gala's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Suryo Zaelani came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Suryo Zaelani came out and tried to block the shot, but Alberto Tafalla slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 87th minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Katon Sahilatua in the 91st minute of play. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Suryo Zaelani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mexico played a much better game than Gala and deserved their victory. The Gala players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
