A nice corner shot did that Julian Murillo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leandro Macario quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Julian Murillo sped through DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leandro Macario. The corner led Peru's Eliseo Mina to fire away a dangerous shot which Leandro Macario despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eliseo Mina kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 66thth minute. Though ot was a great shot DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25's keeper Leandro Macario was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 67 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Felippe Favoretto came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. In the 88th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Eliseo Mina went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 96th minute, Milagros Fraga made a precise shot to the right of Leandro Macario. DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
