Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernie Gauthier in the 12th minute of play. Emil Kiepski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tomás Urbistondo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Emil Kiepski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play. Emil Kiepski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Tomás Urbistondo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 36 minutes, Camilo Gisbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the FC Kadzidlowen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. FC Kadzidlowen's Emil Kiepski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 38th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Urbistondo was the one to do the kick off. Tomás Urbistondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. A collision led to FC Kadzidlowen getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Edin Cocalić hit a great ball. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Kadzidlowen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Kadzidlowen's Emil Kiepski did a great save. 62 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Kiepski. FC Kadzidlowen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. FC Kadzidlowen's Edin Cocalić got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Edin Cocalić off the ground. Edin Cocalić hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Edin Cocalić kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ediz İmran came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksymilian Sedzikowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, FC Kadzidlowen's Ediz İmran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ediz İmran came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ediz İmran in the 87th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maksymilian Sedzikowski in the 91st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emil Kiepski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emil Kiepski came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
