Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Quintin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Anastasio Serafo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Haiti's Noel Seide didn't even have to move. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Quintin in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Gavino Benitez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DAMIAN TEAM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haiti the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of DAMIAN TEAM:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Haiti:s goal. Ermegildo Bixintxo went to the wrong direction when Jonathan Alphonse was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game was made by Leo Astudillo with Anastasio Serafo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Alphonse made a kick off. Philippe Ambroise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Bixintxo having to interfere. When Ernso Constant came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernso Constant couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute, Gesner Philippe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Bixintxo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 77th minute, Haiti's Jean Claude Ulysse seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jean Claude Ulysse the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Haiti protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jean Claude Ulysse had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Philippe Ambroise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Bixintxo having to interfere. Raymond Louis kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The DAMIAN TEAM support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
