Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anak Selby got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's Anak Selby sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zach Harrison hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Cassius Byrne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was a well-played corner which Humberto Motta managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Tonio Bergada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 35th minute of play. Raphael Moore hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Harun Alptekin in the 38th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute of the match, Anak Selby got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marco Day was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 40th minute, Anak Selby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Begu Ganjang fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 46th minute, Cassius Byrne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tonio Bergada was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tonio Bergada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Tonio Bergada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tonio Bergada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 61st minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anak Selby in the 65th minute of play. Anak Selby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Begu Ganjang made a substitution. Ponaryo Mangindaan replaced Manuel Aurelianu. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. After a rather tough play, Begu Ganjang's Ponaryo Mangindaan got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 84 minutes of play, USA's Jenson Smith made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tonio Bergada was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Tonio Bergada in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the game, USA's Sam Campbell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tonio Bergada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 94 minutes into the game, Sam Campbell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Tonio Bergada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. USA played a much better game than Begu Ganjang and deserved their victory. The Begu Ganjang players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
