Tonio Bergada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Motta in the 5th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anak Selby in the 5th minute. Rolando Noboa was a little too slow when Fotis Perivolakos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Sebastian Cipău had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Cipău was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Tonio Bergada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 22 minutes in the game Emmanuel Reyes did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Milagros Fraga. 27 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Anak Selby came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tonio Bergada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Tonio Bergada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Anak Selby capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anak Selby really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Tayyip Buğdaycı got a throw-in 50 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Anak Selby. Begu Ganjang's Tonio Bergada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Begu Ganjang from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Aurelianu came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fotis Perivolakos made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Begu Ganjang's Tonio Bergada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Begu Ganjang defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tonio Bergada. The Begu Ganjang fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tonio Bergada should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's Anak Selby sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 87 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tonio Bergada was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eliseo Mina hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Peru players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Begu Ganjang.
