The supporters of Steaua Nordului booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Finlay Stair didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jamaica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Steaua Nordului the free kick. Steaua Nordului's Nae Timaru couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Jamaica. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Steaua Nordului fully deserved thier win.
