Salvador Urki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Axel Montenegro scored 4-1 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Salvador Urki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Ignacio Mastache struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Salvador Urki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. Juguemos con el 5's Salvador Urki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Ekaitz came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvador Urki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Secada in the 98th minute. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
