Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Huang Rong made the kick off and thus started the match. Milagros Fraga kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Alex Enoaia charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Enoaia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Golden Generation getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Alex Enoaia hit a great ball. When Eliseo Mina came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Mina couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Turgay Şeren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Huang Rong hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Emmanuel Reyes with Eliseo Mina as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 20 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Turgay Şeren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rolando Noboa was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Alex Enoaia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alex Enoaia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 35th minute, Eliseo Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Narciso Galoer in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. After having played for 45 minutes, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luz Tejedor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Turgay Şeren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Golden Generation made a substitution. Barnaba Ciborek replaced Alex Enoaia. The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Turgay Şeren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 61st minute of play forced Golden Generation's goalkeeper Turgay Şeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barnaba Ciborek took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Malvin in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Golden Generation's goalkeeper Turgay Şeren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Golden Generation's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Turgay Şeren quite easily take care of the ball. Moises Gayoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Turgay Şeren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Golden Generation's Turgay Şeren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 93rd minute of play. Turgay Şeren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yorrick Hekman in the 97th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yorrick Hekman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 98th minute Yorrick Hekman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
